Player of the Season

The centrepiece in the lounge is the Roy Tranter Memorial Trophy which is presented annually to the player who has amassed the most points from votes taken, in our lounge, after each home fixture. At the end of each season the Player Of The Season is presented with the trophy in the lounge also spending time mingling with the members.

 

The winner of the award for the 2011-12 season was Jem Karacan. Jem was presented with the award by Jock Harmer and the Reading VPs Committee after the Crystal Palace game on 21st April'12.
